Since i was the 212th Commander before leading it would be easy for me and would not slack off in my duties .[/i] [i]=16.8pxHow will you lead your Battlion: I would lead the battalion as a professional leader and a good role model for my men. I would train them in their classes ex.(Paratroopers and ARF) so in events i would be able to execute a plan/strategy  so the event would go smoothly with no problem and in try outs i would test them in all courses faces,climb swep etc. and as i stated in my what will i do as that rank  question i would train them to their full potential so they would give it their all in the events and would give the 212th a good reputation in the server.[/i]
