What is your duty as a staff member?: Staff members help make sure the server is clean of mingy activity and to help the players in what they need. Sometimes go on duty to find the people that need help or that need to be talked to. Always be respectful to the players you are talking to even if they did something wrong, you want to show that players can come to you for help. Misuse of a bodygroup: Changing the rank plate on a naval model to something higher than your rank. If a certain battalion has bodygroup rules on what you can use, a way to abuse it is to do the opposite of what the rules say. Not sure if CT models or any other models have medical backpacks but if the trooper is not a medic or medically trained then they should not have it on. FailRP: Doing something that your RP character would not do, something like floating with climb swep, saying things in comms or advert that is not suppose to be said. MetaRP/Gaming: If on a mission you are to find a rogue trooper but no one knows the name because the trooper changed it. A player finds this rouge trooper and knows the name or what they look like. The trooper kills the player but when they revive they say in comms what they saw. Therefore that would be metagaming because they lost their life and they didn't see what happened. Minge: Mic spam, radio spam, playing music over the mic, chat spam, and more. RDM: A player killing another player without both parties agreeing to battle or anything of that sort. MassRDM: A player killing a mass amount of other players without a clear reason or purpose. Mic Spam: Someone screaming or whatnot over the mic or even playing music. Chat Spam: Sending messages over and over. Can be the same message or just random stuff that they keep putting into the chat one after the other with no time in between. -Stage 5- What do you do if a higher up is abusing their powers: If it is a high ranking player in a regiment like a commander or naval then I would do what I can within the rules to make them stop so they don't lose their rank. If it is a high ranking staff member then I would tell another high ranking staff member for them to asses the issue due to me not being high enough rank to actually punish them. What steps do you take to enforce the rules: I will do whatever I can within the rules to enforce them and punish who needs it and help who needs it. I do not believe in the quote "Sometimes you have to break the rules to help the people in need" It is not just simple like that. You have to follow the rules to continue what you love, if you break them then you lose your dreams.
